DISP 1706 Block Copolymer with Acidic Groups Macromolecular Hyper Dispersant
DISP 1706 is a macromolecular hyper-dispersant with excellent wetting disperse ability to silica matting agents. It effectively decreases the viscosity of the system and increases pigment and filler content.

Application System and Dosage
DISP 1706 is suitable for UV curable, 2K PU, alkyd, acrylate and polyester systems, amino baking varnishes and other solvent-borne systems. It is particularly suitable for photocurable printing inks. Typically, the additive should be introduced before the grinding stage during manufacture with:
  • 10-15% dosage upon inorganic pigments
  • 30-90% dosage upon organic pigments
  • 70-100% dosage upon carbon black
